AI Multitenant SaaS Management Platform

I’m building a multi-tenant SaaS platform that blends classic business management tools with practical, AI-driven intelligence. The first release will centre on two pillars—Customer Relationship Management and Project Management—so companies can track leads, nurture clients, assign work, and follow progress inside a single workspace.

AI should be woven in from day one. I need automated data analysis that surfaces trends and performance insights without manual digging, plus an embedded chatbot or virtual assistant that can answer user questions, guide them through workflows, and even trigger common actions. I’m open to using services such as OpenAI, Google Vertex, or a custom ML stack if it keeps cost and latency reasonable.

Because the product will serve multiple organisations, true multi-tenancy is non-negotiable. Each tenant’s data must stay fully isolated while sharing the same codebase and infrastructure. Users will sign up through secure authentication, then operate under strict role-based access control so admins, managers, and regular staff only see what they should.
