What We’re Building

A character-driven collectibles and entertainment brand expanding from Web3 into physical collectibles and a broader consumer audience.

We’re exploring the creation of several niche TikTok and Instagram personalities/accounts that can build audiences around topics such as:

Collectibles and designer toys
Rubber ducks and rubber duck collecting
Character-driven entertainment and related niche communities

Some personalities may be virtual/AI-generated humans. Others may be fictional characters or AI-assisted accounts.

We’re looking for someone who has actual experience building AI influencers, consistent AI characters, and/or autonomous or semi-autonomous AI content agents.

What We Need

We want someone who can help us design and build a system that can:

Create consistent virtual influencer identities and personalities.
Maintain visual and voice consistency across content.
Generate short-form TikTok and Instagram content efficiently.
Research relevant topics and trends.
Generate content ideas, scripts, captions, and posting plans.
Maintain separate knowledge, personality, and content strategies for multiple accounts.
Use AI agents/workflows to reduce the amount of manual work required.
Analyze account performance and use that information to improve future content.
Incorporate human approval before content is published.
Scale from an initial 1–2 influencer accounts to additional accounts if the strategy works.

We’re interested in practical systems that can be deployed quickly, not an experimental AI research project.

You Should Understand

Experience with several of the following would be valuable:

AI agents and agentic workflows
AI video generation
Consistent AI characters
AI avatars / virtual influencers
Voice generation and lip sync
Workflow automation
LLM APIs and knowledge bases
TikTok / Instagram content pipelines
Social media analytics
Human-in-the-loop approval systems

We’re open to whichever tools and technology stack you believe are best. We’re much more interested in what you’ve actually built than buzzwords.

Our first objective is to rapidly launch and test 1–2 niche influencer accounts, establish a repeatable content workflow, and determine what should remain automated versus human-controlled.

If successful, there is potential for substantial ongoing work as we expand the system.
