AI Image Resizer Android App

I’m building a dedicated Android application that lets users quickly resize any photo, then save or share it as PDF, JPEG, or PNG. Beyond basic conversion, the app has to feel smart: integrated AI modules will handle image enhancement, object detection, and text recognition so users can clean up a shot, highlight specific items, or pull text without leaving the workflow.

The core flows I need:
• Load an image from the camera or gallery
• Resize (manual dimensions or preset ratios)
• Apply AI enhancement in-app, with optional object detection overlays and OCR extraction
• Export or share the processed file as PDF, JPEG, or PNG

I’m working on Android only, so please build with native tools—Kotlin or Java in Android Studio—and rely on libraries such as TensorFlow Lite, ML Kit, or OpenCV where appropriate. Keep the UI clean and Material-compliant; speed and on-device processing are a priority.

For me to sign off, I’ll need:
1. Full Android Studio project with readable, commented code
2. APK for testing on Android 9+ devices
3. Brief README covering setup, AI model sources, and how to add new export formats in future
