My immediate benchmark is ChatGPT, yet I also need to see measurable traction across Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity as the months progress.

Scope and focus
• Technical SEO remains the backbone of the engagement—site architecture, structured data, page-speed, index management and all the granular tasks that let AI systems digest and surface our content.
• I do not have a keyword map, so the first milestone will be research that uncovers the phrases and entities most likely to influence AI answers in the U.S. property space.
• GEO/AEO tactics should be woven into the technical work so that our listings, guides and market insights are consistently cited or linked when users pose buying or selling questions.

Submission requirements
– Your pricing structure (retainer, milestone or performance-based).
– At least one case study involving a U.S. real-estate brokerage showing baseline metrics and gains.
– A sample six-month performance report that tracks visibility inside the platforms named above.

Acceptance criteria
1. Clear before-and-after visibility metrics for ChatGPT within three months.
2. Documented technical fixes and schema enhancements delivered on an agreed timeline.
3. Monthly reports benchmarking progress across the other AI search engines.
