**About DrCures**

I'm the founder of DrCures (drcures.com), an AI-powered patient history-taking platform for hospitals in India. Before the consultation, a patient sits in a separate room and talks with a friendly AI voice assistant that asks about their symptoms, medical history, medicines and allergies. DrCures then gives the doctor a clear, structured summary, so the doctor saves time and doesn't have to ask the same questions again. DrCures does not diagnose or treat. It only collects and organizes patient history and helps with documentation.

**The project**

I need a realistic AI-generated video (not animation) of about 90–120 seconds. It should first show the chaos and frustration in today's hospital OPD, then a before/after comparison, and then the complete patient journey with DrCures from arrival to the end of the consultation.

**Audience:** Hospital owners, administrators and doctors in mid-sized Indian hospitals (50–200 beds), plus investors.

**Story flow**

**Part 1 – The problem: current OPD chaos (~25 sec)**
- A crowded OPD waiting area with long queues and frustrated, anxious patients
- A doctor overloaded with 40+ patients a day, rushing through each consultation
- The doctor asks the same basic questions every time; patients forget details or explain poorly
- Messy paper files, missing reports, incomplete histories
- A tired, stressed doctor and an unhappy patient walking out

**Part 2 – Before vs After split-screen (~20 sec)**
- Before: the doctor starts from zero, spends 5–7 minutes just collecting history, and the patient struggles to explain
- After: the doctor opens a complete, structured patient summary before the patient even sits down, and the consultation is calm and focused
- Quick visual contrasts: time taken, doctor stress, patient satisfaction

**Part 3 – Full patient journey with DrCures (~45 sec)**
1. The patient arrives at the hospital and registers at reception
2. Staff guide the patient to the DrCures pre-consultation room
3. The patient talks comfortably with the friendly AI voice assistant in simple language
4. The patient's existing reports are added to the record
5. DrCures instantly creates a structured history summary
6. The summary appears on the doctor's dashboard
7. The doctor reviews it in seconds and has a meaningful, focused consultation
8. The patient leaves satisfied, with consultation notes documented

- Consistent characters (same patient, doctor and receptionist) across all scenes, using reference images
