VIDEO PRODUCTION BRIEF
— Hero Montage · 30 Seconds · AI-Generated Visuals
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Big Birthday) is an AI-powered birthday planning platform. Our AI concierge, Lexi, curates fully personalized milestone birthday experiences across North America — golf getaways, helicopter adventures, VIP concerts, yacht charters, luxury dining, and more for milestone birthdays from 21st to 80th.
We are looking for a talented video editor/producer to create a 30-second hero montage for our homepage. This is a collaborative project — the shot list and content below are starting ideas, and we are very open to your creative input, suggestions, and expertise. Our goal is a world-class result, and we will work together through revisions until we are 100% satisfied with the final product.
Budget: $75 CAD (firm)
Duration: 30 seconds exactly
Style: Hollywood movie trailer — cinematic, fast cuts synced to music, bold and emotionally powerful
Visuals: AI-generated imagery preferred — no identifiable real people. Photorealistic quality only; nothing that looks obviously synthetic.
Deliverable: MP4, H.264, minimum 1920×1080 (4K preferred), suitable for web autoplay
REVISION POLICY — IMPORTANT
We view this as a creative collaboration. We expect to go through multiple rounds of feedback and refinement to get the video exactly right. The awarded freelancer agrees that revisions are part of the process, and the project is not considered complete until the client is 100% happy with the content, pacing, and feel of the final video. Please factor this into your approach when bidding.
EMOTIONAL ARC — THE STORY
The video should feel like a Hollywood trailer — big, cinematic, and emotional. We suggest the following three-act structure, but welcome your creative interpretation:
DELIVERABLES & PROCESS
• Final video: MP4, H.264, 1920×1080 minimum (4K/2160p preferred)
• Duration: exactly 30 seconds
• Royalty-free music track — name, artist, and license type confirmed in writing
• Revisions: we will work together until the client is 100% satisfied — please reflect this in your bid
• Timeline: first draft within 7 days of award; revisions as needed
• Please include 2–3 samples of your cinematic or trailer-style work with your proposal
