PROJECT OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced AI filmmaker to create an exceptional, approximately two-minute cinematic fantasy short film inspired by traditional folklore and myth. The original concept, screenplay and creative direction are already complete. We need a filmmaker capable of turning the screenplay into a visually spectacular, emotionally engaging, competition-quality movie.
This is NOT a social media reel, slideshow, generic AI animation or advertising video.
CREATIVE VISION
The film should feature:
- Premium cinematic fantasy visuals.
- Extraordinary tropical landscapes.
- Immersive environmental depth and magical atmosphere.
- Beautifully designed characters with strong visual consistency.
- Enchanted forests and supernatural effects.
- Emotional storytelling.
- Professional cinematography, lighting and sound.
Our visual reference is the sense of environmental wonder and immersion found in high-budget fantasy films such as Avatar, without copying copyrighted characters, settings or distinctive designs. The film must present an original, artistically compelling visual world.
We are open to photorealistic, stylised or animated production approaches. The deciding factor is cinematic quality, visual consistency and storytelling - not photorealism.
SCOPE OF WORK
The selected freelancer must deliver the entire film, including:
1. Visual development and production design.
2. AI character and environment generation.
3. All cinematic video scenes.
4. Consistent character animation and appearance.
5. Magical and supernatural visual effects.
6. Professional editing and transitions.
7. Narration and original or properly licensed soundtrack.
8. Sound effects and audio mixing.
9. English subtitles.
10. Final 1080p MP4.
11. Available source/project assets.
12. AI tools, production records and third-party licence documentation.
13. Two reasonable revision rounds.
The quoted price must include ALL production and AI-generation costs.

- First complete cut: 6 November 2026.
- Final approved film and deliverables: 9 November 2026.
MANDATORY WHITE-LABEL CONDITIONS
This is a confidential, client-owned, white-label project. The freelancer must agree to:
- No on-screen or promotional credit unless legally mandatory.
- No portfolio use or public sharing without written permission.
- Confidential treatment of the screenplay and production materials.
- Assignment of all transferable commissioned intellectual property rights upon full payment.
- Appropriate licences for third-party and AI-generated assets.
- No contractual entitlement to film competition prizes, royalties or future revenue.
- No subcontracting without written consent.
- Accurate disclosure of contributors and tools where legally or competition-required.
The film must be original and must not have been previously published. All obligations remain subject to applicable law and mandatory creator rights.
BUDGET
USD 100-150, fixed price. No additional production, AI credits, editing or licensing charges will be accepted without written approval.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must submit:
1. Links to TWO complete AI-generated cinematic short films they personally produced.
2. Tools used.
3. Description of how they maintain consistency between scenes.
4. Fixed total quotation within USD 100-150.
5. Confirmation of the delivery deadlines above.
6. Confirmation that they accept the white-label, confidentiality and IP conditions.
Important: Applicants providing only AI images, generic promotional reels or isolated short clips will not qualify. We will shortlist based on demonstrated cinematic filmmaking quality. The complete screenplay will be provided privately to shortlisted candidates.
