AI Face-Voice Portal Integration

I am looking for an experienced AI/ML developer to build and integrate an AI video transformation feature into my existing portal. I will provide a source video, my photos/video for face reference, and my voice/audio samples. The system should replace the source face with my face while preserving expressions, head movement, lip movement, and overall quality, and transform the source audio into my voice while keeping spoken content and lip sync accurate. The final processed video should look and sound natural, not like a basic face swap. I am open to using suitable AI models, APIs, or a self-hosted solution based on quality, processing time, and cost. Please share relevant experience with AI video generation, face replacement, voice cloning, lip-sync, and backend integration. Sample input and expected output will be provided for testing before full integration.
