POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, develop, and deploy Al-driven agents for identified business use cases.
• Develop and implement AI solutions using LLM frameworks and advanced prompt
engineering techniques.
• Explore and enable deployment and serving of LLMs in local and cloud environments.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications and development tools (e.g., IDEs).
• Implement observability, versioning, monitoring, and auditing mechanisms for AI
model usage.
• Optimize AI models for performance, latency, scalability, and real-time applications.
• Design and build ML Ops pipelines, data pipelines, storage systems, and APIs for
model training and inference.
• Integrate enterprise data sources securely within the AI ecosystem.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code using Python,
TypeScript, or similar technologies.
• Build full-stack applications including front-end UI, backend services, and database
integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient AI solutions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are adhered to for AI
systems.
DESIRED / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 4—6 years of professional experience in software development or AI engineering.
• Experience with AI tools and frameworks such as GitHub Copilot, Pydantic,
LangChain, Llamalndex, RAG pipelines, or similar.
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes,
including deployment of AI/ML workloads.
• Experience in developing AI applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Strong backend development experience using Python, FastAPl, or similar
technologies.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Ability to design and develop full-stack applications, including database schema
design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-pace environment.
• Good communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
