AI Email Outreach via Google Maps

I need a small-footprint system that automatically finds local businesses on Google Maps, pulls their contact data through the Google Maps Platform APIs, and then has an AI agent write and send personalised marketing emails that promote my service.

The core objective is simple: increase each business’s visibility while simultaneously introducing them to what I offer. To do that, the agent must be able to search by location, category and rating, gather relevant business details, draft a tailored message and dispatch it by email—all in one streamlined flow.

I am open to your preferred stack, though I expect tight integration with Google Maps Platform (Places API, Geocoding, etc.), a reliable emailing service (Gmail API, SendGrid or similar), and an NLP engine such as OpenAI or Vertex AI for message generation and light sentiment analysis. The final solution should be deployable on GCP so I can scale campaigns up or down as needed.

Deliverables
• Source-code repository with clear setup instructions
• Configurable targeting rules (location radius, keyword filters, minimum star rating)
• Email template generator that outputs unique, human-sounding copy for every recipient
• Dashboard or simple report that logs businesses contacted, emails sent, bounces and opens
• Brief hand-off call or recorded walkthrough so I can run future campaigns myself
