Freelance Generative AI Animation Video Creator / E-Learning Production Team

We are looking for an experienced animation freelancer or e-learning animation production team for a long-term project to develop professional Generative AI and AI-related educational courses.

Our company plans to develop a minimum of 10 AI courses, so we are looking for a reliable production partner rather than a one-time freelancer.

Project Requirement

We will provide the raw, detailed script/content.

The selected freelancer/team must have the capability to independently transform the raw script into a:

Raw Script → Storyboard → Visual Concept → Animation → Voice-over → Editing → Final Engaging Video

We are not providing the voice-over. The freelancer/team must arrange suitable professional voice-over as part of the production.

The key requirement is not simply animating the script. You must understand how to convert educational content into an engaging visual learning experience.

Target Audience

The courses are designed for a broad audience aged approximately:

15–50 years

This includes students, graduates, working professionals and adult learners.

Therefore, the animation style must be:

* Modern
* Professional
* Easy to understand
* Engaging without being childish
* Visually interesting
* Appropriate for both young learners and professionals
* Suitable for professional e-learning

What We Expect From You

You should be capable of handling the complete video production process, including:

* Understanding and interpreting raw scripts
* Creating an appropriate visual treatment
* Storyboarding
* 2D animation and motion graphics
* Generative AI visuals where appropriate
* Animated diagrams and concepts
* On-screen text and graphics
* Professional voice-over
* Voice-over synchronization
* Background music and sound effects where appropriate
* Editing and final production
* Maintaining consistency across an entire course

We will provide the content/script, but we expect the production partner to bring creative and instructional judgment to determine how the content should be visually presented.

Sample Video – Mandatory

Before the project is awarded, applicants must submit a 2–3 minute sample video based on the script we provide.

Your quotation must be submitted along with the sample video.

The sample will be used to evaluate:

* Ability to convert raw content into visual storytelling
* Animation quality
* Creativity
* Educational effectiveness
* Voice-over quality
* Pacing
* Visual engagement
* Professional production quality

We are not looking for a basic template-based video. We want to see how you can transform educational material into an engaging learning experience.

Production Capacity

Applicants must clearly confirm their production capacity.

Please mention:

* Number of full-time/part-time animators
* Number of video editors
* Voice-over resources available
* Storyboard/design team, if applicable
* Total number of people involved in production
* Maximum finished video hours you can deliver per day/week
* Whether the work will be handled by you directly or by a team

Minimum Expected Capacity

Our requirement is approximately:

Minimum 1 hour of finished video output per working day.

Please do not commit to this production volume unless you can consistently maintain it without compromising quality.

Final Technical Requirements

Every completed video must be delivered as:

* MP4
* 1920 × 1080 Full HD
* Professional HD quality
* Suitable for LMS/e-learning platforms

Editable Source Files – Mandatory

Along with the final MP4, we require all editable/raw production files, including:

* Animation/project files
* Editable graphics
* Source assets
* AI-generated assets used
* Voice-over/audio source files
* Other relevant working files

The project will not be considered fully delivered if only the MP4 is provided.

Quotation

Please provide your quotation clearly based on finished video output.

Your quotation should include:

1. Cost for the 2–3 minute sample
2. Cost per finished video minute
3. Cost per finished video hour
4. Voice-over cost, if charged separately
5. Any additional production costs
6. Estimated delivery time
7. Revision policy
8. Confirmation that editable source files are included

We want a transparent quotation with no hidden costs.

Long-Term Opportunity

This is potentially a substantial long-term engagement.

Our company intends to develop at least 10 AI-related courses, and we expect the requirement for animation/video production to continue across multiple courses.
