AI-Driven Music Video Creation

Project: AI Image + Existing Music → Video

I am looking for a developer to build a private web application where I can upload an image/photo and an existing music track, and the system creates a high-quality AI-generated video based on the image and music.

The uploaded image could be a real person, an object, an animal, scenery, or any other image. If it is a person, the generated video should be able to realistically animate that person and place them into different scenes and actions. If it is another type of image, the AI should creatively bring that image to life in a video.

The music is already created. I do NOT need music generation. The uploaded music should be used as the soundtrack for the generated video.

Upload Image + Upload Existing Song → Generate AI Music Video

I am looking for someone who has experience with AI image-to-video technology and can build a working system, not just a mockup.

Please bid only if you have actual experience building AI image-to-video applications and can provide examples of similar work.
