I run a local service-based business and want to use AI-powered SEO to dominate our immediate market. The sole priority is keyword optimisation; backlinks and large content campaigns can come later, but right now every effort should be channelled into identifying and structuring the right local search terms.

Here is the scope in plain words:

• Build a complete list of high-intent local keywords relevant to my services.
• Map those keywords to searcher intent, difficulty, and estimated traffic, using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer, or your preferred AI-assisted research stack.
• Provide a clear on-page optimisation blueprint for each term (ideal URL slug, title tag, meta description, H1/H2 suggestions, and supporting semantic phrases).
• Recommend how the keywords should be grouped into pillar pages or service sub-pages so the site architecture remains clean and scalable.
• Supply the research in an editable Google Sheet, with an executive summary that makes the next implementation steps obvious even to a non-technical team member.

Acceptance criteria
1. All keywords are locally oriented (my city + surrounding suburbs, no generic national terms).
2. Search volume, keyword difficulty, and intent column included for every entry.
3. No duplicate or irrelevant terms; everything must tie directly back to my core services.
4. Clear action-oriented recommendations, not just raw data.
