You will specifically focus on high-value transactions over £1,000, utilizing AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT to generate and audit high-quality B2B invoice descriptions. Key ResponsibilitiesExecute a structured workflow utilizing pre-prompted AI platforms to process corporate financial spreadsheets. Research and gather exact company context, including official Companies House SIC codes and website URLs, to guide the AI generation. Generate, polish, and audit professional invoice descriptions specifically for Sales and Expenses invoices strictly greater than £1,000. Ensure all miscellaneous transactions of £1,000 or less are accurately excluded from the process. Evaluate AI-generated text for quality, identifying and correcting synthetic patterns, duplicate phrasing, or unnatural tone. Compile the final approved descriptions into a clean, single-worksheet Excel file. Conduct strict financial reconciliations to guarantee that the final Sales and Expenses totals match the original source workbook exactly. Core RequirementsData Integrity: You must adhere to the strict universal rule of never altering underlying data, including invoice numbers, transaction dates, or financial amounts.
