AI Chatbot Website Integration

I want to add an AI-powered chatbot to my existing website so visitors can instantly get answers to the most common questions about our products and services. The goal is to reduce repetitive enquiries to the support team while giving users a smooth, conversational experience that feels native to the site.

You’ll be working with a live production site, so the integration needs to load quickly, respect our current design, and follow best practices for privacy and accessibility. I’m open to whichever back-end stack or NLP platform you prefer—whether it’s Dialogflow, OpenAI, Rasa, or a custom Python/Node solution—so long as the final result is easy for me to update with new questions and responses.

Deliverables:
• Fully functional chatbot embedded on the site and activated on all pages I specify
• Training or configuration files containing the FAQ pairs so I can add or edit content without code changes
• Clear instructions for maintenance, including how to monitor conversations and view basic analytics
