AI Character Motion Recreation

I have 24 short clips (15–30 s each) that I want rebuilt with AI so the motion stays frame-perfect while the on-screen character is replaced by the portrait I supply. The look must stay realistic and the only thing visible behind the subject is a pure white backdrop. Every source image carries a small red reference mark; that pixel may never shift place in the finished video.

To keep things simple, please start with the first pair (one video + one picture). If your sample matches the brief I will move forward with the remaining 23.

Key points you must meet:
• Output: 24 mp4 files, 720 p minimum
• Motion: identical to the source clip, no drift or stutter
• Red mark: locked to the exact coordinate it holds on the still photo
• Style: photoreal, no cartoon or abstract artefacts
• Background: solid white, evenly lit
