AI Business Documentation Builder SaaS – Complete Build

I am looking for an experienced developer to build a complete AI-powered Business Documentation Builder SaaS platform.

The platform will help businesses create, organize, connect, and manage:

SOPs
Policies
Procedures
Operations Manuals
Workflows
Checklists

The system will also allow users to upload existing PDF/DOCX documents, generate documents using AI, connect related documents, build visual workflows and operations manuals, and generate employee training lessons, quizzes, acknowledgments, competency assessments, and refresher training from business documents.

The application must include a complete SaaS subscription and billing system using Stripe, including recurring subscriptions, plan/usage limits, webhooks, upgrades/downgrades, cancellations, billing portal, and Test Mode/Live Mode readiness.

These services will be under my accounts and ownership. All source code must be maintained in my GitHub repository, and I will retain 100% ownership of the completed source code.

This is one complete project, although payment/development may be divided into milestones. I am not looking for a small prototype with the remaining features quoted later.
