AI & Automation Expert for Logistics Firm

We are an import and logistics company working with suppliers and shipments from China, and we are looking for an experienced **AI and Automation Specialist** to help us explore and implement automation solutions across our business.

At this stage, we are not looking for just a chatbot or a single predefined solution. We are looking for someone who can first understand how our company operates, analyze our current workflows, and identify opportunities where **AI, automation, and system integrations** can improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

We would like to discuss potential solutions in areas such as:

* Automating internal workflows and repetitive tasks
* AI-powered customer support and inquiry handling
* Connecting different systems and platforms
* Automating data entry and information processing
* Generating automated reports and business insights
* Shipment, order, and operational tracking automation
* AI-powered document and invoice processing
* Workflow analysis and optimization
* Building custom AI solutions based on our business needs
