# Freelance Automation & CRM Expert – n8n / Make / AI
We are looking for an experienced **freelance automation and CRM specialist** to build and manage a custom system for our company.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with **n8n, Make.com, CRM automation, AI agents, and marketing automation**.
### Main Responsibilities
* Build a custom CRM system and automated workflows
* Integrate our website leads, Meta Ads, forms, WhatsApp, email, and other lead sources into the CRM
* Create automated lead assignment and follow-up systems
* Use AI tools such as Claude for CRM management, lead analysis, reporting, and automation
* Automate marketing workflows
* Help manage and automate:
* Meta Ads reporting
* Google Ads (if needed)
* SEO tasks and reporting
* Content and marketing workflows
* Email marketing
* Lead nurturing and follow-ups
* Build dashboards and automated reports for management
### Required Skills
* Strong experience with **n8n**
* Strong experience with **Make.com**
* Experience building custom CRM and lead management systems
* Experience integrating APIs and webhooks
* Experience with AI automation (Claude, OpenAI, AI Agents, etc.)
* Experience with Meta Ads and marketing automation
* Understanding of SEO automation and reporting
* Experience with WhatsApp, email, forms, and website integrations
* Ability to create reliable, scalable automation systems
### Important
We are **not looking for someone who is only familiar with these tools**. We need a person who has already built similar automation systems and has real project experience.
