AI-Automated Bookkeeping and Tax Filing

I need the books, records, and annual returns for three U.S. businesses—plus my own personal return—shifted to a workflow that is almost entirely self-running. One of the entities is extremely small and will be dissolved in 2027; the other two operate normally but have straightforward revenue and expense streams.

QuickBooks is already in place, so the solution should build on its ecosystem rather than replacing it. What I’m after is basic, reliable automation—bank-feed posting, receipt capture, rule-based categorisation, year-end adjustments, and direct export of trial balances into tax software—without layering on predictive analytics or strategy dashboards.

Key goals
• Seamless AI-driven data entry and bookkeeping inside QuickBooks
• Automated financial statement generation and simple management reports
• Preparation and e-filing of three corporate returns and one personal return each year, accurately mapped from the books
• Minimal manual touch points after initial set-up

Deliverables will be accepted when:
1. All three business files reconcile to the bank statements for the current year, with prior-year data migrated cleanly.
2. The single “to-be-dissolved” entity flows through the same process and is flagged for closure after 2027.
3. One personal and three business tax returns are generated from the books and lodged electronically.
4. A brief hand-off guide shows me how to monitor the automations and intervene if exceptions arise.
