I am looking for an experienced mobile app designer and developer to build a cross-platform application for both iOS and Android.

The app must support three languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Core Features & Key Requirements:
AI-Powered Ride Offer Analyzer (Screen/Overlay Analysis):

The app will assist rideshare drivers by analyzing ride offers in real-time. Drivers will set their own custom parameters/rules beforehand. The app must be able to read/analyze the screen when a ride offer appears (via accessibility services, screen overlay, or appropriate native APIs) and trigger a clear, instant visual alert to help the driver make quick, informed decisions on whether to accept or decline the trip.

Mileage Tracker & PDF Reports:

A dedicated module for drivers to accurately log and store their daily driving miles. Inside the driver dashboard, users must be able to view their historical data and generate downloadable PDF mileage reports filtered by custom date ranges, months, or years (for tax/expense tracking).
UI/UX Design & Full Development:

End-to-end design (wireframes, UI/UX) and robust technical development, ensuring optimal battery usage and performance.
