AI-Assisted Product Data Extraction

I’ll tell batches of product screenshots and a written list of required columns and formatting rules. Your task is to:
• Take screenshots
• Upload each screenshot to your preferred vision-enabled AI (ChatGPT Vision, Claude, etc.), clearly instructing it on the exact columns I provide, and let it extract every relevant data point into the Excel file.
• Repeat the process for every product in the batch.
• When the sheet is populated, prompt the same AI to scan each row for any information it might have missed and append those details.
• Perform a final human audit: make sure nothing is blank, every value matches its screenshot, and the sheet contains no dashes, colons, or other forbidden characters.

The finished deliverable is a clean, fully completed Excel workbook that passes all three checks above and is ready for import into our catalog system. I’ll be on hand to clarify column definitions or edge cases as you work.
