The survey will reach participants through a text-message link, so the form must be mobile-first, quick to load, and limited to concise, high-value questions that measure satisfaction clearly.

Once the link is ready, I’ll provide the phone numbers; you will automate the SMS send-out, monitor delivery, and follow up once to boost completion rates while staying compliant with standard messaging regulations. Clean raw data is essential, as I’ll be importing the results into my analytics dashboard for deeper trend analysis.

Deliverables
• Mobile-optimised survey (hosted on Typeform, Google Forms, or a comparable platform)
• SMS dispatch setup with customised message copy and opt-out language
• Minimum 200 completed responses exported to CSV/Excel
• Brief summary highlighting overall satisfaction score and notable insights

Acceptance Criteria
The CSV must include time stamps, device type, and completion status for each respondent, and the summary should spotlight any satisfaction score below 70 % so I can act quickly.
