AI Advisor Testing & Feedback

We’re a small, vendor neutral advisory that helps companies choose a managed IT services provider. We’ve built two AI video agents, and we’d like honest, detailed feedback from real listeners before more people use them. We’re hiring 5 testers.

PAY
$60 fixed per tester, paid through a Freelancer milestone that is released once your report is in. Please bid $60. If you have strong, directly relevant experience (for example, testing voice, chat or video agents), you may bid up to $75 and tell us why in one sentence. Bids above $75 won’t be considered. The best report also gets a $10 bonus.

HOW WE HIRE
We’ll award one tester on this project and send the other four a direct Hire Me offer here on Freelancer, with the same task, the same pay terms and the same brief. Every tester is paid through their own funded Freelancer milestone.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Join one short video call (about 8 minutes) with our AI virtual advisor, the first agent a visitor meets.
2. Join one video call (about 20 to 25 minutes) with our AI interviewer, which walks a buyer through the details for a request for proposal.
3. Play a business buyer using a short role sheet we’ll give you. No IT background is needed, but it helps.
4. Listen closely for pacing, interruptions, pronunciation, how it handles silence, repeated questions, whether its summaries are accurate, jargon, tone, anything it says that is wrong or made up, and audio and video quality.
5. Fill out our feedback form. Every issue needs a timestamp, what happened, what it should have done instead, a severity, and your suggested fix.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
You’re based in the U.S., and you are a native English speaker (strongly preferred). A quiet room, a laptop or phone with a camera and mic, Chrome or Safari, and a steady connection. About 75 minutes total, within a time slot we agree on over the next week.

GOOD TO KNOW
You’ll get your private links and the full brief in Freelancer chat after you are hired. Please don’t share the links, record your screen, or post about the project. Use only the made up details on your role sheet and never give real passwords, addresses or personal data. Each call is with an AI agent, not a person. An expert consultant reviews all feedback. Your report is due within 48 hours of your calls.

HOW TO APPLY (bids that skip these won’t be considered)
Start your bid with the word blueprint, then answer briefly:

Q2. Write one sample bug report for the exchange below with: timestamp, what happened, what it should do instead, severity, and suggested fix.

VOICE SAMPLE
Record yourself reading the sentence below (about 30 seconds) and put a share link in your bid. Any audio link works, for example Google Drive or Dropbox, as long as anyone with the link can play it.

Short answers are fine. We read every bid that follows the steps above.
