Agricultural Loan Limit Enhancement Assistance

## Project Brief – KCC Limit Enhancement

I am an agriculturist engaged in crop cultivation. I currently own approximately **4 acres of agricultural land** and additionally cultivate approximately **20 acres of agricultural land taken on lease/contract (theka)**. Thus, my total area under cultivation is approximately **24 acres**.

I currently have an existing **agricultural/KCC loan of approximately ₹3,00,000 with HDFC Bank**. I am seeking an enhancement of my KCC/agricultural credit limit to meet the increased working-capital requirements arising from the larger area under cultivation.

The proposed loan enhancement will primarily be used for **seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, irrigation, diesel, labour, machinery, harvesting, crop maintenance and other agricultural inputs**.

The project is based on my existing agricultural operations and the additional land being cultivated on lease/contract. The requested credit facility will help me manage seasonal agricultural expenses efficiently and maintain adequate working capital throughout the crop cycle.
