We are looking for an experienced product design and software development agency to build Payzentra, a fiat and crypto financial platform.
We have existing requirements and implementation-task documents. We want one accountable agency lead coordinating the designers, developers and QA team.
Our approach is milestone by milestone. The first engagement covers complete Figma UI/UX design. Development will begin only after we review and approve the designs and separately agree on development scope, pricing and acceptance criteria.
FIRST MILESTONE: COMPLETE FIGMA DESIGN
Target fixed budget: $2,500.
Target delivery: one calendar month from the agreed kickoff date.
Platforms:
• Responsive customer website, including landing page and customer platform.
• Android and iOS mobile app designs.
• Admin/staff portal.
The design scope covers:
• Welcome, registration, email verification, login, MFA and account recovery.
• Profile, security settings and session/device management.
• KYC: NIN/BVN verification journeys, camera-based liveness, verification results and enhanced verification.
• Wallets, balances, funding, receiving-account details, beneficiaries, transfers and withdrawals.
• NGN and intended USD, GBP, EUR and CAD receiving-account journeys, subject to provider capabilities.
• Crypto portfolio, deposits, withdrawals, buy, sell and swaps.
• Airtime, data and agreed utility-bill categories.
• Agreed card issuance and management journeys.
• Transaction history, receipts, statements, notifications and support.
• Admin customer management, KYC review, transaction oversight, permissions, approvals, risk controls, treasury, reconciliation, reporting, configuration and audit logs.
Required design deliverables:
• Three initial visual directions using our supplied logo, followed by development of the selected direction.
• Light and dark modes.
• Reusable design system, components, typography, colours and design tokens.
• Complete agreed screens and responsive layouts.
• Loading, empty, validation, success, failure, pending and retry states.
• Relevant modals, confirmations, drawers and sheets.
• Clickable prototypes covering complete customer and admin journeys.
• Screen/state register mapped to our requirements.
• Organized, editable Figma files and developer handover notes.
All design work must be maintained in our company-owned Figma workspace. We require weekly progress demonstrations and a clear revision process. Missing or incorrect agreed deliverables must be corrected before acceptance.
Provider-dependent assumptions must be identified during design. We do not want attractive screens that promise functionality the selected providers cannot support.
POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT MILESTONES AFTER DESIGN APPROVAL
2. Foundation, onboarding and KYC.
3. Wallet, ledger and fiat transactions.
4. Crypto functionality.
5. Bills, cards, remaining admin/operations and final release.
Each development milestone must include the relevant backend, customer web, Android/iOS implementation, admin controls, provider integrations, testing, working demonstration, defect correction and documentation.
We expect connected, working features at each milestone. Our Project Manager retains final merge and acceptance authority.
Development must take place in our company-owned GitHub repositories and service accounts. Hosting, provider charges and other third-party operating costs will be paid separately by our company.
Development pricing will be agreed separately. The $2,500 target is for the complete design phase only.
PLEASE INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL
1. Your agency/company name, assigned team and accountable delivery lead.
2. Relevant fintech, wallet, KYC or payment-platform examples.
3. A live video walkthrough of work your team delivered, explaining your actual contribution.
4. Your fixed quote and schedule for the complete design phase.
5. Included revisions, exclusions and handover arrangements.
6. Your proposed approach to the later development milestones.
We value clear communication, demonstrated quality and reliable delivery.
