Adventure Picture Book for Preschoolers

I’m putting together a lively, age-appropriate adventure story for children aged 3–5 and need a skilled children’s writer to craft the full manuscript. The heart of the tale should be friendship: a fun, engaging journey where young listeners see how cooperation and kindness help the characters solve their challenge.

Here’s what I’m after: a simple, rhythmic narrative that fits the attention span of preschoolers, around 500–700 words total, broken naturally into page turns that leave space for future illustrations. Bright dialogue, playful repetition, and language that reads aloud smoothly are essential. While the main theme is friendship, feel free to weave in gentle humour, imaginative settings, or cute animal sidekicks if they enhance the adventure.

Deliverables
• Complete manuscript in MS Word or Google Docs
• Page-by-page layout suggestions (one or two sentences per spread)
• A short author’s note summarising the takeaway message about friendship

I’ll review for age appropriateness, story flow, and read-aloud quality. If revisions are needed, one round of edits is included. Let’s create a story that little ones will beg to hear again and again!
