Advanced Netball Coaching for Kids

I’m organising a series of netball sessions for a group of children who already play at an advanced level and need a coach who can take them up a notch. The focus is on sharpening positional awareness, refining shooting accuracy under pressure, and developing quick-transition strategies that translate directly into competitive play.

Ideally, you have solid experience coaching youth at district or academy level, can plan progressive, high-intensity drills, and know how to keep youngsters engaged while still pushing performance. Sessions will run once or twice a week after school, so I’ll need you to create a structured program, supply any specialised training aids you normally use, and give me clear feedback reports after each block.

Deliverables:
• A six-week training plan outlining objectives, drills, and measurable milestones
• On-court coaching for each scheduled session (around 90 minutes)
• Brief written summary after every session highlighting individual and team development, plus recommended focus areas for parents to reinforce at home

Let me know your relevant coaching credentials, the typical equipment you bring along, and your proposed start date.
