Job Description
Based on my existing AutoCAD drawings, I require the preparation of the following drawings:
• 1 detailed floor plan
• 1 roof plan
• 2 sectional views
• 4 Elevations
• All drawings to be accurate, properly dimensioned, and presented in a professional CAD format
• The complete house in Advance Steel CAD ( Structural elements and roofing) - all steel sections as per indicated in the drawing.
The drawings should be prepared using the information contained in my existing AutoCAD files. Experience in architectural drafting and construction drawings is preferred.
Deliverables:
• Editable DWG files
• PDF drawings ready for printing
• All dimensions and annotations clearly indicated
Please provide a quotation, examples of similar work completed and your estimated completion time.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Provide your final fixed-price quotation for the complete scope of work. Price revisions, supplementary charges, or requests for additional funds after project acceptance or after milestone payments have been released will not be accepted. Should you attempt to alter the agreed price during the project without a justified scope change approved in writing, I reserve the right to immediately initiate a dispute and seek reimbursement of all sums paid.
