Because compliance and reputation are critical in this niche, the plan must respect platform policies, 2257 record-keeping, CAN-SPAM, and offer clear guidance on age gating and geo-blocking. I also need creative guidelines for banner sets, short-form video teasers, and copy that converts without sounding spammy.

Deliverables
