Ideal will be site visit or I can take video of the ADU inside and outside and the walls
Mandatory license has to be valid Arizona

I need a licensed architect to issue an as-built Finished Floor Elevation (FFE) certification for a new accessory dwelling unit. The building department is holding final permit approval until they receive a signed and stamped document that confirms the finished floor elevation matches the figure shown on the plans and complies with their inspection criteria.

The site-plan and floorplan are undergoing final corrections right now, so you will have current CAD/PDF files to reference. If you need any additional data—spot elevations, benchmarks, or photos—I can supply them quickly or arrange for a survey crew to shoot whatever points you specify. The goal is a straightforward deliverable:

• A signed, sealed FFE certification letter (PDF) that identifies the address, datum used, and the verified finished floor elevation.
• Your stamp, license number, and contact details exactly as required by the jurisdiction.

Turnaround within a week is ideal so I can slot this into the next inspection window. Let me know what information you still need from me and whether a site visit is required or a remote review of survey data will be sufficient.
