I’m ready to hand the daily management of Bubbler Media’s social channels to someone who can plan, produce, and post without hand-holding. You’ll work directly with our founders in EST hours, owning everything from ideation to analytics while keeping our brand voice sharp and consistent.

Primary platform focus: YouTube. I need punchy short-form video cut from our podcasts, eye-catching thumbnails, and smart, keyword-rich descriptions that feed the algorithm. Those same assets should cascade into branded Instagram carousels and founder-led thought-leadership posts on LinkedIn, always crafted in the Adobe suite—Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator must feel like second nature to you.

The goals are clear: build brand awareness and audience trust while steadily growing both our podcast downloads and YouTube subscriber count. I’m not looking for a consultant or pay-per-post arrangement; this is a hands-on, day-to-day role for someone who thrives on agility, experimentation, and rapid iteration.

Deliverables once onboard:
• Rolling 30-day content calendar covering YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Daily or scheduled uploads with real-time engagement management
• Weekly metrics summary highlighting what’s working and what we’ll tweak next

To apply, listen to one of our podcast episodes, research Bubbler Media, and outline three actionable ways you would accelerate our growth. Include links to a few Adobe-built assets you personally produced and confirm you can collaborate live during EST business hours.

If you’re ambitious, curious, and ready to hustle alongside our founding team, I want to hear from you.
