Adobe Photoshop PSD Template Specialist – 4-Size Social Media Templates for Automation

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Photoshop designer to recreate supplied finished artwork as professional, fully editable PSD templates for the HomeOptix Social Autopilot platform.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This is NOT primarily an original graphic-design project.

We will provide the finished reference artwork. Your responsibility is to recreate that artwork as accurately as possible in Adobe Photoshop and build clean, professionally structured PSD files that our automated software renderer can later populate with property photos, agent information, brokerage branding, listing information, and other variable content. YOUR QUOTE MUST be for all 4 theme templates.

We are looking for precision, Photoshop expertise, and excellent PSD construction.

### REQUIRED DELIVERABLES — PER COMPLETE THEME

Each theme consists of FOUR separate Photoshop templates:

1. **1080 × 1080 px — Square / Primary Social Post**
2. **1080 × 1080 px — Under Contract Version**
3. **1200 × 628 px — Horizontal / Landscape**
4. **1080 × 1920 px — Vertical / Story / Reel**

A final PNG preview/export of each PSD must also be supplied.

The supplied reference artwork must be recreated faithfully across all four formats.

Because the aspect ratios are different, elements may need to be resized or repositioned appropriately. We do not expect identical element positions between square, horizontal, and vertical formats.

However, the overall design language must remain consistent, including:

• Visual hierarchy
• Typography
• Relative element sizing
• Spacing
• Branding
• Colors
• Effects
• Borders
• Shadows
• Overlays
• General composition and design intent

The designer should adapt the artwork intelligently to each required dimension without unnecessarily redesigning or changing the supplied concept.

### PSD CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS

The PSD files will eventually be populated automatically by software. Therefore, the internal Photoshop structure is extremely important.

All PSD files must include:

• Fully layered and editable Photoshop source files
• Professionally organized layers and groups
• Clear, logical layer names
• Editable Photoshop text layers
• No unnecessary rasterization of text
• No unnecessary flattening or merging of editable elements
• Replaceable property photographs
• Replaceable agent headshot
• Replaceable brokerage logo
• Replaceable agent/team logo where applicable
• Proper Smart Objects where appropriate
• Proper layer masks and clipping masks
• Editable shapes, effects, overlays, gradients, borders, and other design elements where practical

### IMPORTANT SMART OBJECT REQUIREMENTS

The **BROKERAGE LOGO must be implemented as a replaceable Smart Object**.

Property photographs should also use clearly defined replaceable Smart Objects or equivalent structured image placeholders.

Agent headshots must be easily replaceable.

Agent/team logos should be replaceable where the design includes them.

Our software renderer will be responsible for inserting and scaling the replacement assets. The designer is NOT required to perform extensive automated replacement testing.

### VARIABLE INFORMATION

The finished templates may contain variable information such as:

• Property address
• Listing status
• Listing price
• Bedrooms
• Bathrooms
• Square footage
• Property feature/marketing line
• Agent name
• Agent title
• Agent email
• Agent phone number where applicable
• Agent website
• Brokerage name
• Brokerage logo
• Agent/team logo
• Agent headshot
• Property photographs
• Call-to-action text

Layouts should provide reasonable flexibility for variations in names, addresses, prices, email addresses, and similar information without immediately breaking the design.

### AGENT HEADSHOT

Unless the supplied artwork specifically uses another treatment, the standard agent headshot treatment should accommodate a professional **cutout/transparent-background portrait**.

Certain supplied themes may specifically use another treatment, such as a circular headshot. In those cases, follow the supplied artwork.

### UNDER CONTRACT VERSION

One of the two 1080 × 1080 templates must be an **UNDER CONTRACT** version.

The Under Contract artwork must not contain inappropriate listing CTAs such as:

“Schedule your private tour.”

The design should otherwise maintain the visual identity of the theme.

### BRANDING REQUIREMENTS

These templates will be used by different real estate agents and brokerages.

Therefore:

• Brokerage branding must remain dynamically replaceable
• Agent/team branding must remain replaceable where applicable
• Do NOT permanently incorporate HomeOptix branding into the visible social-media artwork unless we specifically instruct otherwise

The templates are being produced by HomeOptix, but the published graphics are designed to represent the individual real estate agent and brokerage.

### REFERENCE ARTWORK

HomeOptix will provide the artwork/design that must be recreated.

We are NOT looking for a designer to substantially reinterpret, modernize, simplify, or redesign the artwork according to personal preference.

The objective is:

**Recreate the supplied artwork accurately and convert it into a technically clean, reusable, automation-ready Photoshop template.**

Attention to small details is important.

This includes:

• Font sizing
• Font weights
• Alignment
• Spacing
• Margins
• Element positioning
• Borders
• Background treatments
• Logo positioning
• Headshot positioning
• Image crops
• Decorative elements
• Shadows and effects

### FILE ORGANIZATION

PSD files should be organized so another professional designer or developer can immediately understand their structure.

Logical group examples may include:

• PROPERTY PHOTOS
• PROPERTY INFORMATION
• STATUS
• AGENT INFORMATION
• AGENT HEADSHOT
• BROKERAGE LOGO
• AGENT / TEAM LOGO
• CTA
• BACKGROUND
• DECORATIVE ELEMENTS

Exact layer naming specifications will be provided to the selected designer if required.

### FONTS

The designer must identify all fonts used.

If a font is freely distributable, provide the appropriate source or identification.

If a commercial font requires separate licensing, identify the exact font name rather than supplying an improperly licensed font file.

### FINAL DELIVERABLES FOR EACH THEME

A complete theme must include:

• 1080 × 1080 primary layered PSD
• 1080 × 1080 Under Contract layered PSD
• 1200 × 628 horizontal layered PSD
• 1080 × 1920 vertical layered PSD
• PNG preview/export of all four versions
• Font identification
• Any necessary documentation regarding special PSD elements

### PRICING

Please provide a **FIXED PRICE PER COMPLETE THEME**.

A complete theme means all FOUR required PSD templates plus the four PNG previews.

We are specifically interested in knowing your:

**Fixed price for one complete four-template theme.**

Please do not quote only an hourly rate unless you also provide an estimated fixed cost per completed theme.

We expect to commission multiple themes, including generic themes and brokerage-specific themes, so there is significant potential for ongoing work for the right designer.

### WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR PROPOSAL

Please include:

1. Your fixed price per complete four-template theme.
2. Your typical turnaround time for one complete theme.
3. Examples of layered Photoshop PSD templates you have built.
4. Examples of social-media, advertising, or real-estate graphics if available.
5. Confirmation that you are highly proficient with Adobe Photoshop.
6. Confirmation that you understand this is primarily a precise recreation/template-production assignment rather than an original design assignment.
7. Confirmation that you will provide professionally organized, fully editable PSD source files.
8. Confirmation that Smart Objects and replaceable content areas can be structured correctly for software-driven replacement.
