Accurate Web Form Data Entry

I have a set of online forms on a website that need to be transcribed into a spreadsheet. The information is mixed — some fields are plain text, others are numbers — and I’d like everything captured exactly as shown on the site. You may work in either Excel or Google Sheets; whichever you prefer is fine since I don’t require a special template beyond the default sheet structure.

What matters most to me is accuracy and a pace that meets the deadline we agree upon. If you type quickly, double-check your work, and feel comfortable toggling between browser tabs and a spreadsheet, this should be straightforward. Once the last line is entered, a quick review for typos or misplaced figures will wrap things up.
