Accurate Transaction Bookkeeping Needed

I’m looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper who can keep my records up to date in Tally. The scope is straightforward: I will forward source documents—sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, and bank statements—and you will enter each transaction promptly and accurately in the correct ledgers.

We are not tackling reconciliation or management reports at this stage; the focus is purely on clean, consistent transaction recording. Familiarity with Tally’s voucher types, chart of accounts, and GST fields will help you move quickly.

Deliverables:
• All current-period transactions entered in Tally, properly dated and coded
• A brief handover note summarising any missing documents or clarification needed

For acceptance I will review the Tally data file to ensure every document supplied is reflected and account codes align with my existing chart. If you have solid Tally experience and can start right away, let’s get this moving.
