Accurate Spreadsheet Data Entry Needed

I need help transferring a sizeable batch of raw information into well-structured spreadsheets. The work is straightforward but must be handled with absolute accuracy, consistent formatting, and careful attention to detail. You will receive source files in mixed formats (PDF scans and Word documents) along with clear column headers; your job is to enter every record into Excel exactly as shown, double-checking for typos or misplaced values as you go.

Every few hundred rows I would like a quick spot-check summary, and—once the full sheet is complete—a brief visual overview prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint, as that is my preferred presentation tool. The deck only needs one title slide plus 3-4 simple charts generated from the newly entered data, so familiarity with Excel-to-PowerPoint chart linking will be helpful.
