Accurate Sales Data Entry

I need several months of point-of-sale records digitised in a single, well-structured spreadsheet. Scanned receipts and exported PDFs will be shared through a secure Drive folder; every line item on those documents has to appear in the sheet without omissions or transcription errors.

The file must follow this column order: Date, Receipt/Invoice #, Customer Name, Product SKU, Description, Quantity, Unit Price, Line Total, Tax, Grand Total. A running subtotal formula at the bottom of the sheet should update automatically as new rows are added. Use Microsoft Excel (preferred) or Google Sheets if that speeds your workflow; just keep formulas intact and easy to audit.

Deliverable:
• Completed spreadsheet populated with all records and built-in subtotals
• A brief log noting any illegible entries or documents that were missing information

I’ll spot-check against the originals, so figures must match 100 %. Once the initial backlog is cleared, a smaller batch will arrive each week; the same standards apply.
