Accurate Product Data Website

I need a web-based system that lets me centralise all of our product data in one place and—most importantly—keeps stock information accurate at a glance. The core of the site is product-focused: an interface where my team can create, edit and retire SKUs, attach descriptions and images, and instantly see current stock counts.

Inventory management is the only operational module I require for now, and the detail level can stay simple: I just need to record basic stock levels (in-stock quantities, low-stock alerts and out-of-stock flags). No historical tracking or automatic re-ordering is necessary at this stage, so the database structure and user flows can remain lean.

Key deliverables
• Responsive website (desktop & mobile) with secure login
• Admin dashboard to add/edit products and adjust stock counts
• Real-time display of current stock levels with low-stock warning thresholds I can configure
• Search / filter function so staff can find any product quickly
• Export of product list to CSV for backup or reporting

For the tech stack I’m open—PHP + MySQL, Node.js + Mongo, or your preferred framework—as long as the solution is reliable, easy to maintain and can scale later if I decide to add sales tracking or replenishment logic. Please outline setup time, any third-party libraries you intend to use, and a short hand-off guide so I can manage day-to-day updates without calling a developer every time.
