Accurate PDF Transcription Needed

I have a collection of scanned PDFs that I need converted into fully editable text. Your job is to extract every word from each page and reproduce it faithfully so I can search, copy, and update the content later on.

Most files are straightforward printouts, though a few may contain handwritten annotations. If you are comfortable deciphering occasional handwriting, let me know—otherwise I’ll separate those pages for a lighter workload.

The finished text can be returned in whichever format you prefer—Microsoft Word, plain .txt, or even directly into an Excel sheet—so long as it stays consistent throughout the project. We will agree on one format before you begin.

Quality matters: I expect line breaks, headings, and obvious paragraph structure to match the original PDFs. If a word is illegible, flag it clearly rather than guessing. I will do a quick spot-check on submission; any missing sections or repeated OCR errors will need correcting before final approval.

Please mention:
• Your estimated turnaround time per 50 pages
• The tool you plan to use (manual typing, Adobe OCR, ABBYY FineReader, etc.)
• A brief note on how you handle tricky handwriting, should it appear
