Accurate PDF Text Re-Typing

I have a PDF whose content needs to be transcribed word-for-word into a plain text file. The job is straightforward but precision is critical: every word, punctuation mark, and line break must match the source exactly. I only need the raw text with minimal, basic formatting—no attempt to recreate page layout, headings, or tables.

You may use any workflow you prefer (manual typing, OCR with careful proofreading, or a combination), as long as the final .txt file I receive is a perfect replica of the original wording and structure. I will verify against the PDF line by line, so please double-check before delivery.
