Accurate PDF Text Re-typing

I have a set of PDFs composed almost entirely of straight-forward paragraphs that need to be converted into editable text. The job is simple but accuracy is critical: every word, punctuation mark, and paragraph break must match the source files without introducing typos.

You’ll receive the PDFs in batches, and I’d like each batch returned promptly in a standard editable format (Word, Google Doc, or plain text—choose the one you work fastest in). No formatting gymnastics are required beyond mirroring the original paragraph structure; there are no tables, forms, or complex layouts to worry about.
