Your task is to extract every piece of that mixed data with absolute accuracy and enter it into the structured file I will supply. The PDFs are clear, but they still require careful attention so nothing is missed or mis-typed.

You may use any reliable OCR tool you prefer—Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or a comparable solution—as long as the final spreadsheet mirrors the original documents line-for-line and number-for-number. I will review the first few pages as a sample before you proceed with the full batch, so please be ready to share an initial extract early in the process.

Once the full set is complete, I expect:
• A clean, well-formatted spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) containing every text field and numerical value from the PDFs
• Zero transcription errors when cross-checked against the source files
• Consistent formatting that allows me to sort and filter immediately
