I’m digitising several batches of handwritten notes and need them reproduced faithfully, then supplied back to me as clean, professionally formatted PDFs. The handwriting is straightforward—no technical jargon, formulae, or specialised symbols—so the focus is squarely on accuracy, layout consistency, and an error-free final file.

Besides straight typing, some pages will require light copy-paste transfers and re-formatting so the text aligns smoothly across paragraphs, headings, and any listed items. On a few legacy files I may also ask you to convert existing PDFs into editable Word documents so I can make quick edits before we lock the final version back down to PDF.

I will provide high-resolution scans, page counts, and any style guidelines up front. You commit to:

• Consistent margins, fonts, and heading hierarchy
• Timely delivery of each agreed batch in PDF format

If you spot ambiguities in the handwriting, flag them early so we can clarify and keep momentum. Finished files should open perfectly in Adobe Acrobat without extra optimisation steps on my end.
