Accurate Handwritten Data Digitization

I need roughly 50–200 pages of handwritten notes converted into a clean digital dataset. Each page contains a mix of text and numbers, and I want every entry typed manually—no OCR shortcuts—so we keep accuracy high even when the handwriting varies from line to line.

The final file can be Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV; choose whichever lets you keep clear column headers, preserve number formatting, and leave a comment beside any word or figure you can’t decipher with confidence. I’ll review as you go, so sending batches for verification works best.

Deliverables – once all pages are complete – should include:
• The fully populated spreadsheet, ready for sorting and filtering
• A short log of any entries you flagged as uncertain

I’ll provide scanned images of the handwritten pages at the start, along with a sample layout so you see how I expect the data organized. Accuracy, consistency, and respect for confidentiality matter most; speed is appreciated but never at the expense of quality.
