Accurate Email Text Entry

I have a backlog of emails containing text-based information that must be transferred into a clean, structured file. Your job is pure text data entry: open each email I forward, capture the specified details exactly as written, and place them into the template I will share before we begin.

Because the source is email only, there is no scraping or numeric keying involved—just careful copying, pasting, and light formatting when needed. Consistency and zero-error accuracy are my top priorities; I will be checking for spelling, line breaks, and correct placement in each field.

Deliverables
• Completed data-entry file in the template I provide
• A brief status note after every 500 rows (or daily, whichever comes first) so I can track progress
