I have a growing backlog of contact information sitting in company emails that needs to be transferred into a clean, well-structured Excel file. Your job is to open each assigned email, copy the relevant text data, verify spelling or obvious inconsistencies with a quick web check when necessary, and paste the final, formatted details into the spreadsheet.

For now the material is drawn solely from emails, but if this first batch goes smoothly I may also share web pages or documents later, so flexibility is a plus. What matters to me is precision: every name, phone number, and address must land in the correct column, follow the template I provide, and show consistent capitalization and date formats. I will spot-check entries, so accuracy and speed need to go hand in hand.

Deliverable: the updated Excel workbook returned by the agreed deadline, error-free and ready for immediate upload to our CRM.
