As you enter the records, verify spellings, flag duplicates, and ensure every field is complete. When something is missing or clearly incorrect, highlight it so I can follow up. Consistent formatting is essential (e.g., phone numbers in one style, names in proper case), and I expect the finished sheet to be easy to scan and ready for immediate use.
