Accounts Executive for Payroll & Reporting

I am looking for a dependable, mid-level Accounts Executive who can take charge of three core functions within our finance team: managing payroll, keeping every accounts receivable and payable entry up to date, and producing timely, accurate financial reports. Your day will revolve around Tally Prime; that is the platform we live on, so fluency in it is non-negotiable. If you have worked in QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP before that is fine, but success here depends on how quickly and confidently you can navigate Tally Prime.

What I need done:
• End-to-end payroll processing, including statutory deductions and final pay slips
• Daily maintenance of AR and AP, ensuring vendor payments go out on time and customer receipts are reconciled without exception
• Weekly and monthly management reports—P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow summaries—delivered in a clean, presentation-ready format

Acceptance criteria: books must balance to the cent each month, payroll must go out on the agreed schedule with no compliance issues, and all financial reports need to reconcile against the ledger you maintain in Tally Prime.
