Hiring a Developer on Monthly Basis

I am building a multi-page web application that streamlines several internal accounting tasks and I need an extra set of expert hands. The core stack is PHP on the server side with plenty of JavaScript and jQuery driving the client interactions, so confidence in those technologies is essential. Familiarity with common accounting concepts—ledgers, journals, reconciliations, simple reporting—will help you grasp the business rules more quickly and keep revisions to a minimum.

The project is strictly web-development focused: database models and rough page wireframes already exist, but they still need to be polished, connected, and made production-ready. You would help me:

• Wire the remaining PHP controllers to MySQL tables.
• Craft clean, responsive page layouts, then enhance them with jQuery-driven form validation, table filtering, and dynamic totals.
• Implement role-based access so that managers, accountants, and auditors see only what they should.
• Test everything thoroughly before hand-over.
