1. Final Deadline: The deadline for collecting and submitting all 400 valid responses is 10–15 days.
2. Recruitment Responsibility: You will independently identify and select suitable hospitals or healthcare facilities across Delhi NCR where you can collect responses from eligible working nurses. Recruitment and coordination with the selected hospitals will be your responsibility.

3. Research Materials and Approvals: The institutional ethics approval and main Google Form will be provided. A separate Google Form link will also be provided for uploading geotagged photographs of the hospitals visited, as required for verification.
4. Payment Structure: Payment will be released according to the following milestones:
o 100 valid responses: 25% of the total agreed payment.
o 250 valid responses: An additional 25% of the total agreed payment, bringing the cumulative payment to 50%.
o 400 valid responses: The remaining 50% will be paid after final verification and acceptance of all valid responses.
5. Response Validation and Data Privacy: All submitted responses must meet the agreed eligibility and data-quality criteria. Hospital visit verification will be supported by geotagged photographs submitted through the separate Google Form. Duplicate, ineligible, or demonstrably unreliable responses will not count towards the target of 400 valid responses. Participant confidentiality must be maintained, and all data must be handled securely in accordance with the research ethics requirements.
Please note that the target is 400 valid responses from currently working nurses employed in healthcare facilities within the specified Delhi NCR study area, collected across multiple hospitals within the agreed 10–15-day period.
